Tours
Come see the rooms
The best way to know if a center fits is to stand in the room. Tours are free, take about 30 minutes and are led by Marisol.
Pick a time
Choose an in-person or video tour. We’ll ask only your child’s age, the days you need and when you’d like to start. Please don’t send health details here.
- Tuesday and Wednesday, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
- Thursday, 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
- Children are welcome to come along
- A video tour is 20 minutes, from anywhere
Open house and info nights
If weekdays are hard, come on a Saturday or an evening.
Fall open house
Saturday, November 14, 2026 · 9am – 11am
Walk through all four rooms on a Saturday morning, meet the teachers and ask Marisol anything.
How enrolling works
There are four steps, and you can stop after any of them.
- 1
Tour
See the room, meet the teachers, ask about tuition and openings.
- 2
Hold a spot or join the waitlist
If there’s room, you pay the registration fee and first week. If not, join the waitlist, which is free.
- 3
Fill out the enrollment packet
Your child’s health and immunization forms, emergency contacts and approved pick-up adults go in the packet we give you, kept in a locked cabinet. We never ask for them through this website.
- 4
Visit, then start
A short visit with your child before the first day, then a start date that fits your work.

Finding us
Where to park and where to go
We’re at 1640 Willow Run Lane, in the low brick building with the orange and green door. Park in the lot on the left and use the front door, which is step-free. Press the buzzer and Marisol will let you in. The door is locked all day for the children’s safety.
- Visitor parking by the front door
- Step-free entrance, no stairs inside
- Bring your questions, and your child if you’d like
Before you tour
Do you have openings, and how does the waitlist work?
As of October 31, 2026: Herons has three openings now, Dragonflies one now and one from January 4, and Tadpoles two from January 4. Minnows (infants) has a waitlist of roughly 8 to 10 months. Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t promise a spot: when a place opens in your child’s age, we call families in the order they joined.
Can I tour before I decide?
Yes, and we hope you will. Tours are free and take about 30 minutes with Marisol. Book one on our Tours page for a Tuesday or Wednesday morning or a Thursday afternoon, or pick a video tour if you can’t come in. Children are welcome to come along.
How do I enroll, and what do I need to bring?
After a tour and an opening, you pay the registration fee and first week of tuition, and we give you our enrollment packet. The packet is where your child’s health and immunization forms, emergency contacts and the people allowed to pick them up go. We keep those on paper in a locked cabinet, never on this website.
