Lead Teacher, Tadpoles (toddlers)

Our Tadpoles room (ages 15 months to 2½ years) is looking for a lead teacher, starting January 4 or sooner.

What you’ll do

Plan and lead the day for up to 10 toddlers with a teaching assistant, keep each child’s daily notes in our parent app, talk with families at drop-off and pick-up, and keep the room safe, clean and warm.

What we’re looking for

At least 12 college credits in early childhood education (or an infant-toddler CDA) and a year working in a toddler classroom. You’ll pass a fingerprint background check and hold or get pediatric first aid and CPR. Spanish is a plus.

Schedule, pay and benefits

Full time, Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift between 6:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and a paid 30-minute lunch. $22 to $26 an hour by experience. Paid planning time every week, 20 hours of paid training a year, paid holidays, health insurance after 60 days and half off tuition for your own children.
